Change, Act! is a Community Interest Company, founded in April 2022.
Our main area of work is London and in particular Islington, Camden, and Hackney. Our company is led by and for Disabled and Neurodivergent people with the goal of co-creating partcipatory Theatre towards social change.
We have worked with hundreds of people to inclusively use Applied Theatre as a base for creativity, community, learning, and social change.
We believe that Theatre changes minds!

Leadership
The company is founded and currently led by Paul Formosa and Charlotte Hailey-Watts who identify as Neurodivergent and Disabled. They have almost 40 years experience in community and Arts engagement between them and are trained in Adult and Young People's safeguarding, Anti-Racism, Trauma Informed Practice and Deaf Awareness.
